Jeral Tidwell is a proud southerner who was brought up in the swamps of Louisiana. His art covers paintings, posters, skateboard decks, body paintings and graffiti. He works with every material using crayons, spray paint or airbrush. Is he a painter, an artist, a graphic designer? I don’t know. His work maybe full of stereotypes, absurdly detailed, but completely his own. Quote: “After making rock show posters for bands like Kid Rock, Dick Dale, Widespread Panic, Foo Fighters, Sheryl Crow, and Alkaline Trio, I wanted expand my horizons into one of my favorite art forms: Skateboard deck art.
As for now, I am working on a ton of new art that will soon hit the street in the form of decks, posters, stickers, t-shirts, hot rod paint jobs and even children’s books so, keep an eye open for good things to come.
