The Work of Wang Quingsong...
...is a merge of Pop Art and Chinese tradition. He connects classic Eastern symbols with the modern, western materialistic lifestyle. His gigantic photo-printouts (300 cm x 170 cm!) are full of people and full of details. To me Wang asks just one question: What is happening to the Chinese culture? Fortunately he found a very entertaining way!
