There are horrible monsters inhabiting little children’s minds. They are drooling under their beds, waiting to devour them in a moment of inattention. Great artists always knew about that cruel, yet undeniable fact. My favorite book as a little kid was Maurice Sendak’s Where the Wild Things Are, Bill Waterson is another important witness and now Jennifer Strunge is too.
She even makes monsters. And these are loveable, artistic and – what a pity – always sold out. If you are able to buy one of these drapery sculptures, let her know!
