Cesar Romero was born on the 15th February 1907 to his Cuban parents in Manhattan. I am no movie expert, but I bet it was not easy for a gay actor with hispanic roots to be constantly casted in movie production, be it as latin lover or crazy villain.
Let me point out two other important works of him: The Tyrone Powers vehicle “Captain from Castile” where he plays Hernando Cortez (Si, el conquistadore) ...
...and the Disney comedy “The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes” acting besides a teenage Kurt Russell.
