The Calendar Girls started it all back in 1998. They are a group of Yorkshire women who produced a nude calendar to raise money for leukaemia and lymphoma research. The calendar was a huge success and their story was made into a feature film in 2003. Until today they have raised more than £1 million!
Naturally they found imitators. Somehow especially people practicing activities and professions with a suboptimal image tend to undress. I’ll give you some examples, prepare your wallet! We got: Hunky plumbers, young female farmers form Austria or Bavaria, the military wives of MySpace, the men of mortuaries and the caskets they work with, the german army, cigar smoking babes, catholic priests and the 12 most deadly viruses.
Neither the priests nor the caskets undress. I didn’t find calendars with drug or weapons dealer, dictators or dentists.
