Rich Bellacera has a huge collection of Sub-Mariner Micro-Heroes. If you got a little time you can have a look at his other works too. Marvel and Star Trek Pixelheroes are waiting for you. Some got surprising animation effects and all of them are well designed. My only problem is his strange obsession with Namor. When I read Marvel Comics regularly as a boy I always abominated him. (I thought he was a cheap Aquaman-clone. Silly me!) He is arrogant, selfish, looks ugly, smells like fish and has wings attached to his anchles – and he can even fly with them! And his name is just a palindrome of my brother’s. This had to be said!
