This science fiction jewel appears on almost any list of “the all-time worst movies ever”. Maybe because the story is hilarious. Momar & Kimar steal Santa from our planet, because their kids, Girmar and Bomar watch too much television. Further highlights: a Martian rebel, a Martian dimwit, a Martian robot, Pia Zadora in her first role and some footage from “Dr. Strangelove”. In the end Santa overcomes the Russians with love and joy. Did I write Russians? I meant “Martians”. One big plus of this flick: It’s public domain!
